Gruparea alimentelor in functie de calorii


 In ultimul timp, populatia lumii se confrunta cu o crestere a incidentei bolilor "moderne" (diabet, boli cardio-vasculare) datorata , in primul rand, dezechilibrului alimentar. Un regim strict de dieta nu poate avea succes pe termen lung.Tocmai  de aceea este necesar ca oamenii sa-si schimbe treptat unele obiceiuri alimentare, tinand cont de potentialul caloric al alimentelor.
